| Gold Star Network Secretariat & Support center is now fully operational The Gold Star Network has established a secretariat and support center that will provide remote network support, data and information management, coordination of functions and information and mentorship access to Network members. The support center houses a call centre that provides counselling, information and psychosocial support services to Gold Star Network clients. The call center further offers clients the linkage to various services available in the Network. The network support centre will also help doctors monitor their patients to make certain they get various services which are scheduled and for which they are referred, trace defaulting clients and assist them return to care. It will also ensure test results and drugs are delivered on time. Besides supporting doctors, the network secretariat will collect and feed crucial information into the national health information system for better planning. |
